Suspect in biker murder case to stay in custody - NovaScotia - TheChronicleHerald.ca: "One month after a police search found the remains of a former Hells Angel in a wooded area outside Truro, those accused in the deaths of Randy Mersereau and others continue to make their way through the legal system.
On Wednesday, Curtis Blair Lynds, 34, appeared in Truro provincial court and was remanded until Feb. 10. Lynds is charged with accessory after the fact in Mersereau’s death and first-degree murder in the deaths of Mersereau’s brother, Kirk, and Kirk’s common-law wife Nancy Christensen. He is also charged with accessory after the fact in the death of Charles Robert Maddison.
The Road to Hell: How the Biker Gangs are Conquering CanadaRandy Mersereau helped found the Halifax chapter of the Hells Angels before moving out on his own in the 1990s. He is said to have angered his former colleagues when he tried to move in on their drug territory and put out contracts on several members of the outlaw biker gang."
